Ways to beat wrinkles- part 2

I am again here to share the important thing to beat wrinkles!!

1- KEEP SKIN WELL HYDRATED- In order to keep your skin smooth and wrinkle free, its very necessary to your skin hydrated both inside and outside. And for this you should drink plenty of water the whole day, so that your skin’s moisture level remains high. Eat foods such as fruit and vegetables which have high content of water. To moisturize your skin from outside, you should apply a moisturizer which suits your skin type or you can apply hydrating oils such as vitamin E, almond oil or avocado.

2- EAT WRINKLE-BUSTING FOODS- To help out your skin from wrinkles try eating a healthy diet which contains antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help to keep your skin supple from inside and prevent the problem of dehydration and dryness. On the other hand antioxidants help to fight against free radicals that are the cause of wrinkles. Foods which are good for you are oily fish, flax seeds and antioxidant-rich berries. Spinach can also be added in your diet as it’s a good source of lutein which can prevent wrinkles by helping to retain the skin’s moisture and elasticity, increasing lipid levels and preventing damage caused by free radicals.

3- GET YOUR EYES TESTED- As you know that the area around your eyes are first place where you can see the visibility of ageing such as fine lines and crow’s feet, and these can be exacerbated by unconscious frowning or squinting caused by poor eyesight. If you find yourself regularly squinting to see better, it is very important to get your eyes checked, which is important for both health and appearance, and don’t forget to invest in some glasses or contact lenses if required.

4- AVOID STRESS- You might not think that your state of mind has much to do with the state of your appearance, but this is not the case. As per a study, it has been shown that chronic stress actually accelerates cellular ageing, leading to wrinkles. So to keep your skin wrinkle-free, try some experiments with few stress-busting techniques to help cope with stressful situations, such as meditation, exercise or yoga.
