Ways to beat wrinkles- part 1

Everybody wants a smooth and wrinkle free face. And to get this, we spend lot of money buying anti aging products, creams, and wrinkle free treatments. But it’s not worth. If you think that there are no other ways to stop the skin aging to look visible then stay connected. Today I want share some ways so that you skin looks youthful and supple.
1- PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SUN- Premature ageing is often seen as unavoidable and a natural part of getting older; however, up to 90 per cent of the visible signs of ageing are caused by the sun, even though they may not show up until years after sun exposure has occurred. To avoid premature aging, you should wear an SPF of at least factor 15 every day, even in cloudy days because those UV rays can penetrate clouds and also stitch to higher SPF when the sun is at its strongest.

2- CUT DOWN ON SUGAR- While the most of the premature aging is caused by sun, also the poor diets will also blame for wrinkles. Sugar is loved by all but also a fact that sugar is the leading cause of skin ageing. When the blood sugar levels are high, it damages the collagen in your skin. Once the collagen gets damaged, it gets harden and leads to wrinkles and sagging. For a good skin make sure you check the sugar content of products and cut down the sugary foods.

3- STOP SMOKING- Smoking is not only notoriously bad for our health and a major cause of cancer and heart disease; it can also be disastrous for your appearance. Cigarette smoke irritates your skin and deprives the oxygen and nutrients, and hence smoking can cause appearance of wrinkles around your mouth. So if you are a smoker then the only thing you can do is quit smoking now.
