Here i am again to share some foods for the good health of your hair!!

1- OYSTERS AND SHELLFISH- It’s very rare to see oysters on the dinner table but it is actually very rich source of many essential nutrients for hair. Oyster contains all nutrients which are essential for a healthy hair like, zinc, selenium, iron and protein. On the other hand shellfish are also a good source of these minerals and adding to this, they are a good source of vitamin B12, which is a rare nutrient and important for healthy hair.

2- EGGS- Eggs are the perfect solution for those who are suffering from lackluster locks or hair loss. Eggs are rich source of protein which is essential for healthy hair growth and also rich in biotin. Eggs are also a good source of vitamin B12, a lack of which can lead to pernicious anemia and hair loss. Eggs are also one of the best for hair as an external treatment. You can apply beaten eggs to hair and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

4- AVOCADO- Avocados are packed with monounsaturated fats, fatty acids and vitamin E, all of which can help promote nourished, supple and strong hair. This fruit is also a high source of protein and vitamin B. if you want smooth and shiny hair then, make avocados an important part of your hair care as well as in your regular diet. You can apply avocados directly on your hair as a moisturizing and nourishing treatment.

5- YOGURT- Yogurt is rich in calcium, which is an essential mineral for healthy hair growth as well as rich in protein. One thing which is best about yogurt is that, it can be used as a hair mask as well as health food. Yogurt is very helpful for those who are suffering from itchy scalp and dandruff. Apply yogurt on your scalp and massage. Leave for 10 minutes and you will get rid of itchiness and dandruff.
