My 10 Challenges for 10 Days of Growth

  1. Dedicate for an hour a day to something I am passionate about. – Since I love doing makeup, I will try to make and Face Of The Day for this coming ten days.
  2. Treat anyone nicely, even those who are rude to me – I know that being nice to someone I dislike won’t make me fake.
  3. Pay attention and enjoy my life as it happens. – Will make my ten days stress free and will live my life to the fullest.
  4. Do something every day after lunch that makes you laugh. – I always  listen to radio spoofs and jokes, well i watch television on weekends makes me real laugh, are you familiar with Kalye-Serye?
  5. Exercise for 10 minutes every day for 10 days. – My health is my life and I won’t let it go. I am searching and downloading apps that can help me achieve this.
  6. Get uncomfortable and face a fear every day. – Will try to connect to my fears, feel it in my body, realize it and steadily address it.
  7. Pay down debt and don’t create any new debt for 10 days. – I won’t buy stuff that I don’t need. Period.
  8. Forgive someone who deserves another chance. – Will give another chance for the nth time.
  9. Document every day with one picture – For ten  days I will challenge myself to take a photo that describes how I feel at that moment. Actually i have downloaded a mobile application that helps me organize my picture and it now looks like a daily journal, are you familiar with Diaro?
  10. Learn and practice one new skill every day. – and I said it so will learn to do hairstyle for this 10 days of growth challenge
