1- PROTECT YOUR SKIN- It’s very important to protect your skin from changing weathers especially when you own a sensitive skin. In winter we used to get and heated up in sunlight to protect us from cold but it has adverse effect on your skin. It can dry out your skin and make it appear aged. To help out your skin, add moisturizing creams in your daily schedule.

2- GO FOR A BRISK WALK- A brisk walk is an excellent way to boost your blood circulation and get beautiful glowing skin. Walking improve your sleeping, enhance your mental function and help to counteract depression.
This will help your complexions. With lots of blushers you can make your cheeks blush but you can’t get the natural glow of flushed, healthy skin with the make up palette.

3- WEAR MINERAL MAKEUP- What we see that people apply heavy make ups to clog their skin pores to look smooth and beautiful but this is totally wrong. Never apply heavy foundations to clog the pores, because the pores help the skin to breathe. Instead apply mineral makeup or BB creams to cover up the skins imperfections. These things will help prevent the spots and BB cream will moisturize your skin without clogging the pores of the skin.

4- BE HEALTHY WITH FRUIT, VEG AND WATER- We all have heard from time to time that what we are is what we eat. Out body is the mirror of our diet. So if we eat healthy then surely we will look healthy and beautiful from outside. Drink plenty of water which will help you out to flush out harmful toxins in your skin and increase skin elasticity. Do plenty of exercise to sweat out the toxins and try taking fruits and vegetables to keep your skin healthy and beautiful.

5- STRENGTHEN YOUR HAIR WITH PROTEIN- I hope you have heard about KERATINE- a type of protein is the main ingredient to compliment your hair and nails. By eating protein rich foods you can increase the keratin in your hair and make it healthier and stronger.

6- GROOM YOUR EYEBROWS- There is few things in our body that can change the look of our face quickly and drastically. And one of them is eyebrows. The shape of your eyebrows can really frame your face and compliment your favorite features. So try grooming your eyebrows. There are many ways of plucking eyebrows like threading, twee-zing and waxing. Just find one of the ways and groom your eyebrows.
