The Power Of Positive Thinking

Stay Positive!

We’ve all heard it before. Words meant to encourage us to look for the good in things, words meant to pull us out of a rut, to change our way of thinking.

Are They Just Words?

Or is there real power in those words? Can your way of thinking affect, influence and change your life? There have been many studies conducted over the years that seem to offer proof that the power of our thoughts can have great impacts on our daily lives. Whether those thoughts are positive or negative there seems to be a direct relationship to how we think and what is going on in our lives.

My purpose here is not to talk about studies done in which I had no part of. A quick Google search can find most of that information for those wanting to know more. I prefer to speak from my own experiences and share those with you.

We Are Like Magnets.

Have you ever woke up late for work? Immediately your day has started off on the wrong foot. Your mind goes into a panic about being late for work. Suddenly you stub your toe on the night stand, cut yourself shaving, can’t find your car keys, hit every red light and on and on it goes.

I believe the thoughts we are predominantly thinking and the feelings we experience are magnetic. They go out into the world as a frequency and attract back to us more of the same.

Waking up late and worrying about how late we will be, the trouble we might get into with our boss radiate out from us and attract back more circumstances that continue to make us late.

Make Your Thoughts Work For You.

If the above scenario is true then it must be true that we could turn things around for ourselves.

Focusing our thoughts on positive things, allowing ourselves to be filled with good feelings should then attract more good things back to us.

Like Attracts Like.

That is the main idea behind the law of attraction. Which basically boils down to your thoughts and feelings having a direct affect on everything in your life.

I believe in this and have experience the effects of it firsthand. Is it easy? Not at all. Being aware of your thoughts and feelings all the time takes practice. Being able to focus your thoughts and feelings into good energy is even harder.

We all have bad days, times when we just feel down or overwhelmed. It is easy to get caught up in negative thoughts and feelings sometimes. The good news is you control your thoughts and feelings so you can change them at will. As quickly as you can change them you can change the circumstances you are attracting into your life.

What Do You Have To Lose?

Nothing to lose and everything to gain. It is a win-win situation. Give it a chance, see what the power of positive thinking can do for you.
