Among the fruits I like, Avocado is the best for me. I remember when I was a child, I was living in the mountainous area. My grandparents owned a vast land there and they planted Avocado and different fruits and vegetables.
During the Avocado harvest, I was entrusted to pick all. What I did, I brought sacks then I climbed the tree. I picked all green Avocados and stocked them in our dark room. After some days, I collect them when they were ripe.

They contain more potassium than bananas, which should support healthy blood pressure levels. It is also high fat food. It is is believed to be one of the main reasons for the health benefits of olive oil.
Fiber is another nutrient found in relatively large amounts in avocado. It is good to those who wants to reduce weight and wanted to be sexy. It is said too that it can lower Cholesterol. It is loaded with anti-oxidant that is needed of our body. This called Lutein and Zeaxanthin,that is important for eye health. Since it is high in anti-oxidant, cancer cannot about to form in our body.
Here is a simple Avocado Chiller that you can do.
150 g white grapes
Juice of 1 lime, plus a slice to decorate
- Chop the pear and then press through the juicer with the grapes. Pour it in a blended.
- Chop the avocado flesh and add the pear and grape juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in lime juice to taste, then put the smoothie into a tall glass, decorate with a slice of lime and serve.
