Evening meal should not contain more calories, because it has to help you lose weight, but it is recommended to be nutritious.  According to nutritionists, you eat tonight preparations should contain: 450-550 calories, 25-35 grams of protein, 50-75 grams of carbohydrates, at least eight grams of fiber, 15-25 grams of healthy fat and no more than eight grams of a sweetener.

If you’re lacking inspiration, but you want to respect the proportions given by nutritionists, you can opt for a serving of fish with arugula salad and wild rice salad with black beans, brown rice and vegetable or lentil soup. It is important to opt for fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods that you provide enough calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber. No need to prepare recipes extensive nor opt for those that require too much time. Also vegan recipes can be a good choice for dinner.

Remember: food portions should not be very high, but as long as needed to give you a feeling of fullness. Avoid foods that cause bloating and other troubles and enjoy all the benefits of healthy food. Eating schedule should not be strict, you can eat at different times or even after eight o’clock, but it is essential to respect medical advice about the quantities nutritionists.
