You might be aware that the body is made of water and needs it to run smoothly. Other water sources are vegetables, fruits, soup and tea.
2. Wash your hands with soap and water preferably using soap for at least fifteen seconds. A number of studies have shown that washing hands with soap and water removes more than 90% of the microbes that cause infections that affect our health. Always wash your hands after using the bathroom, touching someone who is ill, and when you cook, particularly when you handle unwashed vegetables and raw meat.
3. Use sunscreen: use sunscreen cream daily whether the sky in your area is cloudy or not. It protects your skin from ultraviolet rays and prevents damage to your skin including cancer.
